The film which was first adapted from the novel by Mellyana Dhian, is about Haris and Alysa, a young lover who successfully creates YouTube content about their romantic relationship. However, their lives changed because Haris' mother suffered from a stroke, and he finally decided to 'hijrah' and cut ties with Alysa.

 The novel itself has been read by more than 9 million readers since it was first written in an online writting platfrom. Then, it was published by Coconutbook Publisher and the novel became best seller.
